Acquisition Survey

Pre-Acquisition survey of 100,000 sq ft industrial unit and office accommodation. Followed by an instruction to undertake a feasibility study to ensure the property could deliver with their ongoing requirements.
As part of our appointment, we surveyed the building and created the existing layouts, producing CAD drawings for the space. We then undertook a work study of the business. With this information, we created proposed layouts and refurbishment costs to demonstrate how the building would be best used.
