CHB Consult currently has an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor at Director Level to develop and grow the business.

All traditional building surveying services are offered including specification and design; contract administration; acquisition and condition surveys; planned maintenance; party walls; dilapidations; project management.

You will enact a strategy to develop an enhanced commercial client base through service delivery and expand the team as required through targeted recruitment.

As well as business development, the role will require an active involvement in the management and execution of commissions for all types of instruction, together with the normal financial and client management.

As a MRICS building surveyor you will have suitable post qualification experience working predominantly for commercial clients, with experience of business development and commission generations.
